This is an article on a bill that was voted down trying to criminalize illegals here in the state.... Is it just me or is the fact that they are here against the law already make them criminals??!! Seriously, when did a bill ahve to be passed to criminalize lawbreakers?! What the hell is our government doing? When did we create so much gray area??!!
